TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservation Guarantee

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. A 25 % pre-payment deposit is required at booking, charged immediately to confirm your stay. If not received within 48 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM
    To complete check-in, full payment and valid credit card pre-authorization are required. Lost or unreturned keys will be charged €50. Late check-out requests may be accommodated for a fee, based on availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: full refund.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: 50 % of pre-payment non-refundable.
  • No-shows or early departures: full stay is charged, and no refund is given.

    chidoresidence@gmail.com quoting your booking reference. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.

4. Room & Rates

Rates apply to room types only and do not guarantee a specific unit. Room layouts and decor may vary. All rates are inclusive of VAT and city tax.

5. House Rules & No Smoking

This is a strict non-smoking property (e-cigs included). Violation incurs a €100 cleaning fee. Please respect the apartment—any damage or excessive mess will result in charges as per repair costs.

6. Occupancy & Children

  • Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children
  • Children under 12 years stay free; cots available on request for €10/night.

7. Payment & Security Deposit

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and PayPal. A €200 pre-authorization is held on your card at check-in for incidentals, released 5–10 days post check-out, depending on bank processing times.

8. No-Show & Early Departure

No-shows or early departures will incur a charge equal to the full reservation amount. Unused nights are non-refundable once the stay has begun.

9. Pets

Pets are not permitted.

10. Liability & Right of Admission

The property is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay for any rule violations or behavior affecting other guests, with no refund.

11. Dispute Resolution

All bookings are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any claims must be submitted within 30 days of departure; charges made after this period will not be contested.
